This set is only available as a reward for successfully inviting a friend to join the site.
The Pack Odds for this set list each card class as having "1 in Infinity packs" odds. However, each card has a set print count, so this set can presumably sell out at some point.
This set was released along with the NeonMob site itself, hence the lack of a release date on the site.
